I have read and agree to the Waiver and Release of Liability (see below):

1. I, the participant acknowledge that there can be certain risks of injury to them or third parties associated with their participation in exercise sessions.
2. I, the participant know that I must seek professional advice if I know of any medical conditions or injury prior to the session.
3. I, the participant am fully aware they are free to withdraw from any activity at any time.
4. I, the participant am participating of my own free will.
5. Having read all the above information, I as the participant agree to release and indemnify Leonie Lynch. I assume the risk and responsibility of any injury arising from my participation.
6. I also agree that in the event that I am injured or suffer damage, I will bring no claim, legal or otherwise against Leonie Lynch.
7. I have fully read and understand the above information and I have ticket the waiver box freely and voluntarily.
