Animal Flow classes are so much fun! While it looks easy it is certainly not and thats half the craic. You are challenged as much as everyone else in the room. Everyone feels the burn. Sweat like a pig to look like a fox, thats what they say!

Animal Flow® is an innovative fitness program that combines quadrupedal and ground-based movement with elements from various bodyweight-training disciplines to create a fun, challenging workout emphasizing multi-planar, fluid movement.

No matter what your sports or fitness goals are, Animal Flow will improve your mobility, strength, endurance and power. Whether you’re an extreme athlete or just looking to get fit – Animal Flow is for everyone who wants to get into their peak physical condition and have fun while doing it.

Group training options including full-length classes, small group training, boot camps and team training. Individuals can maximize its use as a complete workout or integrate it with other programs including resistance and strength training; circuits and interval training; and even MMA training plans. But no matter how you use it, you’ll never need equipment and you can do it anywhere you want!

The workshops run for 2 hours and payment is required in advance to secure your booking. Safety is top priority to us. It is important that you complete the pre-screening health questions. This is to ensure that you are safe to exercise and that I am fully aware of any aches or pains or medical conditions before you join the class. The questions are regarding your health. Please ensure the information given is correct. If you have any medical problems, injury or disabilities you may need to speak to your GP or Physiotherapist before you attend.

I hereby state that I have read understood and answered honestly the screening questionnaire.

  1. The participant acknowledges that there can be certain risks of injury to them or third parties associated with their participation in exercise sessions.
  2. The participant should seek professional advice if they have known medical conditions or injury prior to the session.
  3. Leonie Lynch will take no responsibility for personal property being damaged or lost.
  4. The participant agrees to follow instructions given by Professional fitness trainer Leonie Lynch and associates.
  5. The participant is fully aware they are free to withdraw from any activity at any time.
  6. The participant is participating of their own free will.
  7. Having read all the above information, I as the participant agree to release and indemnify Leonie Lynch. I assume the risk and responsibility of any injury arising from my participation.
  8. I also agree that in the event that I am injured or suffer damage, I will bring no claim, legal or otherwise against Leonie Lynch.
  9. I have fully read and understand the above information and I have signed the screening document freely and voluntarily.
  10. I agree that I will inform Leonie Lynch of my pregnancy immediately.
