GROUP CLASSES

My group classes are one of my favourite places to be. My personal mantra is ‘here to learn, compelled to think obliged to share.’ This is the reason I teach, because I want to share what I learn or there is no point. Knowledge should be passed on, especially when it helps people feel better and look better. There is nothing greater than seeing people surpass their expectations. One of my favourite things to see in my group classes is people adjusting their position before I even get to say it. It shows that they hear me in their head, a possible annoying voice that reminds them they can move better.

ONLINE COURSES

Online is the perfect way to fit your practice in when you it suits you. These courses are laid out in such as a way that you can learn each move and position properly; so that you be mindful when you move. The Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced Pilates courses are based on Joseph Pilates classical repertoire. The Beginners course introduces you to the principles of Pilates provides you with the fundamentals  you need. As the courses advance, positions are added and progressions are given for the moves you have become familiar with. The course titled ‘Mixed movement Influences’  it is what is is – a catalogue of beneficial exercises and moves that will increase your strength, flexibility, mobility and functional capabilities.
